First and foremost, I want to say "Thank You" for taking the time out to check out my personal training website, I appreciate it. Secondly, I'd like to thank all of my clients past and present; without them I wouldn't be where I am today. With that said, here's a little bit about me!

How did you become interested in fitness/personal training?

Fitness has always been a part of my passion and overall well being. Personal training came later in my life and defines who I am today. In pursuit of my own health and fitness, I began to educate myself and discovered that this was something I wanted to pursue more than just a job, but as a career, one that I would enjoy on a daily basis and can actually say "I absolutely love what I do".

What aspects of training do you enjoy?

I've been personal training since 2001 and I honestly enjoy all of them!

What's your ideal client?

My "ideal client" would be someone who is passionate about improving their overall health and fitness lifestyle. Someone who is willing to challenge themselves inside and out and out of their comfort zones.

How do you stay fit and healthy?

Being active every single day keeps me fit, and a healthy diet is key to seeing REAL results. It is a total lifestyle change. I believe in surrounding yourself with positive, energetic, healthy minded human beings enables you to stay fit and healthy. Also, having motivated friends who train often and an active puppy to have outdoor adventures with is an added bonus!

What do you like most about Personal Training?

I always appreciate the opportunity I have to train with my clients. I love that I am able to be a motivator. I am their biggest advocate! It is a privilege to be a part of my client's health and fitness achievements and inspires me to be an even better trainer and coach.
